I've been on it for at least 5 years now. Several times (and currently) I've had to augment it with another med. The Lexapro has been working well - started at 5mg for a week or two, then went up to 10. I also take Xanax in the evening, with the option of taking it as needed, too.

I take Xanax fours times a day or as needed. Today I took Xanax first thing this morning .75mg. This is the first time that I have done that in a while, I normally take all four times at full dose. I have made it through the day with not taking any more. I have fought of the anxiety and that was at the pool. Thanks again! Tim
