stigmatising people for having psychiatric quirks or imbalances is every bit as stupid as if you were to point at someone with their leg in a cast and say,'haha,look at that sap!'. definitely,education is needed.its come on leaps and bounds compared to 50 years ago,or whenever it was lobotomy was still routine!scary thought,innit?!least know theres more emphasis on therapy,getting to the real root of the person and the problems they may have and building them up from there.
