Hi,
Klonopin + Celexa is supposed to be the best combo for DPD, maybe with some added Lamotrogine. I have DPD too, and Klonopin has helped. As it happens I'm thinking about trying Nardil now. Clomipramine did nothing for my DP. Research shows that Clomipramine doesn't work for DPD disorder very frequently, but when it does it more or less kicks ass. So if it works for you and takes down the OCD at the same time that'll be sweet. Good luck dude.
I can't help think that you were on a good thing with the Nardil. I know you won't be satisfied till you get rid of OCD too, but didn't it do wonders for your DP,Depression,SP? Are you sure you want to give that up? Is there definitely nothing else left thats worth trying with the Nardil? Sorry for raising these questions you've probably been ruminating over for hours, but I generally think that if you find a drug that works very effectively for at least half your problems than stick with it. Maybe thats only my philosophy because I can't find many drugs that help, I dunno. If you've made the decision, stick to your guns. I suppose you'll never know if you don't try.
Good luck
Peace
Mark
