OK, so you are are presently on Depakote+Neurontin+Klonopin+Effexor right?
Just a bit of advise-change one thing at a time if you can. If you are going to get rid of Depakote and substitute Topamax (ONLY), I would rather quickly get off the Depakote, say drop to 600mg for two days, and drop it 400mg for another two days, then 200mg for two days, then stop it and start your Topamax titration. Watch out-you might get a little forgetful....mitchiebaby
