Hi,
the unreal/spacey symptom you describe is depersonalization/derealization. I've got depersonalization disorder, and celexa mixed with clonazepam seems to be the best option for keeping that at bay, as well as the anxiety and depression. It could be a combo worth trying? Clonazepam worked from the first day I took it.
