How long does it take?

I know that everyone reacts differently and that 4-8 weeks is the length of time for full results from an AD, but I would like to hear from others who have taken Fluoxetine. How long did it take before you began to feel happy, and have that clarity of mind that I keep reading about?
I'm also dealing with that unreal, spacey feeling that is suppose to be common with anxiety disorders. I would like to hear from others who are cured from this symptom. How long did it take, what are you taking......? I'm trying to gather as much information as possible before I see my dr. next week Thursday.
