Wow, you certainly have your hands full.
It sounds to me that he needs a lot more help than a layperson can give, and I hope you are taking care of yourself and your needs in the middle of this situation.
I know taking a step back sounds difficult, since you love him. But getting him to a doctor sounds like the priority to me. His problems are more than you should have to deal with by yourself.
Please keep posting here -- let us know how things are going. It's always good to share a problem here and know people are supporting you.
