I'd say it was straight anxiety- mine usually manifests itself in my stomach and muscle tension. Years ago I had panic attacks that accompanied my first depression but those had subsided before I started taking the risperdal. It was strange- I went from panic attacks to obsessions. My anxiety has this uncanny ability to morph!
