Ditto.

If one has been severely depressed for a long time, it can take longer to see improvements, and the rate of improvement can be very gradual. A full remission can still be achieved, however. If by the end of your fourth week at 90mg you should receive any improvement at all, I would recommend continuing a few more weeks.
