So what I do sometimes is take less, then when I reup the dosage, I can feel the affect. The thing is though that even if you dont feel some affect, if you feel ok, they you are ok!

Im going for less now except when I get really stressed and then I take more. Then when Im less stressed I take less again.Same thing I do..seems sometimes the brain needs a kick for the drug to work again..happens with Effexor although I don't increase the dose just take less for a few days then return to normal dose.Don't know why this is the case.
