So what I do sometimes is take less, then when I reup the dosage, I can feel the affect. The thing is though that even if you dont feel some affect, if you feel ok, they you are ok!

Same thing I do..seems sometimes the brain needs a kick for the drug to work again..happens with Effexor although I don't increase the dose just take less for a few days then return to normal dose.Don't know why this is the case.
