It seems unlikely that such a small change in dose could produce headaches. However, headache is a possible withdrawal symptom since imipramine tends to lower blood pressure. You could be having rebound headaches as your body readjusts your blood pressure. Have you been experiencing atypically vivid dreams? That's one effect of imipramine withdrawal that I know first hand.
