I've been on nortriptyline (20mg) with Zoloft (12.5mg) and it worked quite well. Zoloft inhibits IID6 liver enzymes similar to Paxil. After you have been on the combo for a couple of weeks you can get a nortiptyline blood draw to see if you are getting into the therapeutic range (for nt).
