my personal opinion(and I am NOT doctor,so you MUST appeal to one)is that you are indeed manifesting signs of a depr.relapse, which can be the case of anyone on these board while being meds-free for a while ; some of us,those lucky, can stay free for months and even years but quite a lot can't really manage even a couple of weeks(for instance those with the typical Clinical Depr.,the Bipolars etc.)
I suppose, that you should immediately call your doc and eventually accept the idea of RE starting Effexor admin.(IF it has been useful for you in the past)
you should already know(from your own experience)that much more than just feeling SAD ; and whatever you are describing is the so called "for-play" the days before the depr.installation(very high tension, stress etc.) .So,"sooner the better"

Mostly I'm ok, but I have NO patience, I flip over everything. Every little thing bothers me and I lose my temper (which for me is hardly noticeable - but I feel it) every day. I've never been like this, even before any meds. I'm wound up so tight I feel like I'm going to lose it and not come back. What is up with me?
