If it's cotton, soaking the stained area in hot water & some bleach will remove it easily. If it's not cotton, try soaking it overnight in a strong solution of an enzymatic cleaner like Amaze. It's harmful to the environment to use much, but I save it for tough stains. The enzymes break down the protein matrix holding the yellow dye & then when you wash in the washing machine, the colour should be gone. It needs an overnight soak at least to work well. Don't use enzyme cleaners on silk or wool though. I'm the queen of sloppiness so have gotten good at removing all sorts of stains.
