I have not been able to titrate down without serious sleep problems. I could not excercise because I would det dizzy and it would get worse as the days progressed. Also, my sleep would get disturbed. It was like the drug was either increase or decreased. I am thinking of lexapro, but I cannot taper without sleep problems.
