I myself have a mild case of BipolarII along with Ring of Fire A.D.H.D. If you’re interested in finding out more about the interactions between these conditions, I would recommend the book "Shadow Syndromes" by John Ratey and Catharine Johnson. It is an extremely well written guide to this topic. Reading it offered me both peace of mind and practical advice.

Leor,

Has your pdoc or neuro diagnosed you with "Ring of Fire" ADHD, or is it really a shorthand way of saying you have comorbid ADHD and BipolarII? Just curious, because I have a similar problem. What meds/dosages are you taking now, and are they working for you?

thanks in advance,

Mitch
