Celexa simply has a different strategy- Forest Pharma. focuses on investing in their sales people to convince docs to prescribe, where as paxil and effexor have a certain proportion going to direct consumer ads.
And Effexor is generally well-tolerated. I take 225mg, and no side effects, no benefits. So I'm only complaining because it doesn't do anything...
