I've been on Lexapro 8 weeks. I was pretty thin to begin with, and have lost 8 pounds on it. The weight loss is slowing down (thankfully, really can't afford to lose any more) as my appetite is getting closer to normal. The first month on it I had NO appetite. Let us know what happens with you...it's such a new drug, the more info we can share with one another, the better.
