Generally methylating agents will not cause
Serotonin syndrome by themselves, but it is
possible to have this when using it in combination
with an SSRI or other AD.

I also took 1 G with folate and B12, unfortunately I did so while taking
an SSRI, and had the beginnings of
Serotonin syndrome.

The side effects should be mild, lowered
homosysteien (good thing) possibly GI
disturbance. The possiblilty of inducing
mania in bipolar individuals.

SAME - and TMG appear to work by potentiating
the effects of Seritonin and Dopamine, the workings however are not fully understoold.
