Have you ever been on Paxil or Paxil CR without the Geodon before? Both drugs have serotonergic actions and this combination may be causing your problems. You should definitely tell your pdoc about the situation, and follow his or her advice. Paxil can cause tremors, but this may improve somewhat with time.
