I have also taken Geodon and Paxil (not CR) at the same time. I never experienced headaches but I did have a bad tremor. It turns out that Paxil, not Geodon, was causing the tremor. I switched from Paxil to Celexa and the tremor went away.
Also, your dose of Geodon is very low--are you taking it for psychosis or mania, or for some other reason? I had psychosis and the medication worked partly at 80mg and fully at 120mg. Depending on why you are taking the Geodon a higher dose might be very beneficial.
