> AmyWow. That is fascinating. It's something I really hadn't thought of before, but now that I do think of it, it makes a lot of sense. I have a habit of skipping meals, and I might be causing some of my own mood problems. It all fits, really. That was very helpful to me, and I'll try to start eating even when I'm not hungry to see if it makes a difference.
