i bumped up from 75mgx4, to 75mgx5. it took a couple weeks to level off/headaches and such. but what i notice is totally no breakthrough in suicidal thinking. i'm just not able to do it at all (think about it, that is.) i have too much drive. i don't take anything else with it besides the occasional xanax.
