Brand name-Benadryl in UK is Zyrtec in US?

Hi
I'm brain jellied so ...
The effexor withdrawal has began-but not so bad as I have had previously..
I bought Benadyrl (UK) the main ingredient is cetirizine hydrocloride..is this the one used for withdrawal ?
