what?? that seems quite unreasonable to me...
what exactly did they say, they're too busy or they don't consider your case serious enough?
... yeah if your problems aren't serious, maybe you can wait for an appointment or work with your family doc...
... if your problems are serious, you should try the advocacy service or emergency department...
