Sorry to break up the thread a bit.

but I can really relate to your story, especially about always being convinced that something was wrong. From 17 to 24, I had blood tests, head xrays, chest xrays, back treatment (when I had no backpain), I'm sure the Doctors were sick of me. The amount of times I used to sit in there office, waiting with baited breath. A serious look from the Doctor and I would be convinced that my days were numbered and that they were about to tell me that I had some awful disease. All that wasted time and worry.

It was only when I started taking prothiaden (which I didn't want to take because I was adamant that I wastn't depressed but physically ill) and I actually felt well again that I realised that there was nothing wrong with me. It is amazing how one little tablet can change your life.
