(i've been on this new combination for about 3 weeks now). also, i notice that my legs and arms involuntarily twitch, especially if i'm resting or laying down. i'm going to go to the psychiatrist tomorrow or wednesday to talk to her about all this. if i do want to get off of seroquel and replace it with something else, what would you recommend? are there withdrawal symptoms, and if so, how can i ease them?

You may want to try 50 - 100 mg trazodone (Desyrel) for sleep. It is an antidepressant, but very sedating, it is used to treat insomnia,
and tolerance to it is not common.
