Angel Girl, Could it be that you are experiencing vertigo. From www.dictionary.com vertigo iso "Dizziness or swimming of the head; an affection of the head in which objects, though stationary, appear to move in various directions, and the person affected finds it difficult to maintain an erect posture". Vertigo is a known side-effect of Effexor and you are getting up to large dosage. Perhaps a reduction in dose would help? Are you taking Effexor or Effexor XR? I am taking XR myself. The XR may give a different dose (time release).
