that sounds quite frightnening..well it would frighten me anyway...
sounds like the "brainstorm" effect many people get with effexor....although it reminds me more of a physical problem of the scalp muscle tensions I get when I bend my head..
its just a theory but when you move your head you demand a great deal more processing power as you go from static processing to spatial ...
does the vibration feel like its coming from inside the brain or from the scalp ?
by the way thats a hell of a load of effexor you take..I know americans take risks with drugs...and I do myself...but..maybe you need to consider trying something else..
