> Hi,
> Yes, I have hopefully some useful information for you as I've been on a varied Remeron career. When I first started this past September at 17.5 mg I felt pretty zonked out most of the day for about 1.5 weeks. I got used to this dose at 2 weeks and increased it to 35 mg within 3 weeks with no further somnolence. I did fabulously on it at that amount for 2 months at which point it pooped out and I had to go on Lithium as an augmentor. I'm now at 45 mg and have no somnolence effects except for a hellatious time getting up in the morning. I've found that increasing the dosage definitely kicks in the NE response and the drug takes on an entirely different quality. It's by far the best AD I've been on out of literally all of them, but for me does not work without the Lithium. One other note, it does cause weight gain especially in the beginning dopey stage, so if you do decide to take it, commit to a no nonsense exercise regimen or you will definitely pork out. I've managed to lose most of the 20 lbs I put on in a few short months, but it's a daily effort.
Thanks, it sounds like something that could work for me and you made it sound a little better than I've heard before.
