I'd thought of that, but I'm afraid my pdoc will become upset with me if I ask for Xanax. Isn't asking for Xanax a hugely taboo thing to do?
> I never took Ativan for sleep. I did take it in the daytime, though, and I took 2 mg at a time. I don't think that 2 mg would have been enough for me if I'd been having sleep problems. Really you just need to figure out how much you need by trial and error, though. It's different for everybody.
