Benzos will not give you the proper stages of sleep period. Remeron, is the most effective sleep drug made. Yes weight gain is aproblem, but the good sleep and well rest it gives me, i can function the next day.
Ambien may also help to but doesnt keep me down for long. i have to take 2 or 3 to get a full night sleep. I dont dream either so, its not an effective deep sleep.geno
