Are they saying you were able to work while having the illness? (thus the denial).Or do they only allow a disability claim on the illness for a certain amount of time? (.i.e you claimed it before and can't do it again??)
What does your psychiatrist say? My psychiatrist helped handled a lot of the paperwork and BS from the insurance company with me (since he would get payed more I guess).
