Hi Janelle,
To answer your question I am working although just about, fortunately my empolyers have been really accomodating and I've been able to work fairly flexibly. Also to answer another question of yours, I am now taking prozac and lithium, the lithium was supposed to jump start the prozac into working but doestn't seem to have done the trick although it has quelled the anxiety. Like you I used to take Paxil over four years ago and it worked wonderfully, I had more energy, better concentration, laughed more, took life less seriously, my sense of smell seemed to be more acute too. Foolishly I came off the Paxil four years ago, thinking that by doing that I wouldn't develope a tolerance for it and could go on it agaain if I had another episode. Well the episode started in June, thought ok just go back on the Paxil and everything will be back to the way it was before. However, it hastn't turned out like that at all, I feel as though I have been dragged through hell and back. Anyway the Zyprexa this time has been the only drug that has helped me. I am still looking though. Good luck in your search and thanks for asking all of those questions which I wanted to but didn't dare ask.
