They seem to wire me out in a really negative (I don't know how to describe it) way...and then, all of a sudden, after a few months, they turn on me...that restless energy is gone and all i want to do is eat and sleep (of course the restless leg syndrome remaines, so I don't sleep well when I try. I found Wellbutrin didn't do this, but the stuff made me a bear of an A-hole, and the orthostatic hypotention (standing up and passing out) was about the same with Wellbutrin as with Serzone. I find i can't get above 175mg of Serzone a day without horrible akathisia and passing out when I stand up. I don't know why I'm even taking it (is 175mg even "therapeutic"?). Even at that low dose though, I'm afraid to just stop taking it.
