I decided that it is okay to cry. Creative "juices" are flowing again. Poetry is my way of coping. When I start feeling a mood switch, I lay down and let my mind be creative. I used to play the piano. Here is a quote from Patty Duke's book on her life with bi-polar, "It had been quite a while since I had had any symptoms of depression. Working [on the show It Takes Two], of course, had a lot to do with it. I usually didn't get depressed when I was working."
Creative exercises help me, the moodiness passes and then I'm fine to go ahead.
So what if my productivity is down for a while, my creative side is alive again!
