I have been on 225mg capsules of Effexor XR for many months now (probably about close to 8 mos.) I also took 300 mgs. of Wellbutrin...to ward off the sex drive problems! The Wellbutrin is (obviously) not working, so I am tapering off of it with my Shrink's advice, little by little.
I'm just wondering if anyone else is having/or has had this problem on Effexor....Effexor has LITTERALLY saved my life so I have no intention of going off of it...I HAVE been talking to my Shrink about the bad libido, and we are going to work on it after I am totally off of the Wellbutrin (I don't like to take anymore meds. than I need to, you know?)
Any input would be very welcome on my end...thanks...P.L.
