Yes I found that too...until I had the anxiety completely under control. Turned ou, my chronic anxiety was the root of my depression - at least in my case. I told my doc that if he were fighting a monster like anxiety all the time, he'd be depressed too.

So that's why we went with BZD monotherapy.
