I had chronic insomnia after I stopped Zyprexa. Does anyone have the same experience?
Is this type of insomnia can be cured by practicing sleep restriction or good sleep hygen? Or do I have to resume Zyprexa?
I have not been on Zyprexa for two months now and have had insomnia since then. I took Seroquel and was able to get some sleep but I did not feel normal and did not like the side effects and had to ween it off. Beside I do not seem to get any benefit from anti psychotic med. I have a hard time weening off seroquel mainly due to chronic insomna. The idea of depending of med to sleep is simply killing me.
