I have a friend of a friend who has been on it for 30 years. The doctor just keeps giving him the prescription, he's an older gentleman, he lives on a sheep farm, he's not bothering anybody. Sometimes he even SHARES the 'Vitamin V' as we call it. It's a nice high, makes you mellow, just like the other benzos, but in a slightly different way. It's not long-lasting like the Klonopin, not short and jabby like Xanax. I used to have a teacher who was on it when I was in high school, she would give me some (not at school, mind you... I babysat for her kids really often) when I had symptoms of the world speeding up, like everything was happening super-fast around me... I now know this was the BP II, even back then. She knew something was wrong, so she would give me some to calm down, and it did, very well. She was on it for anxiety and insomnia...
