Given you only took a dose of so there is every reason to think this will resolve over time.

A few people do get this reaction to amphetamine.
Even a small dose starts the racing thoughts, panics, and feelings of doom or anxiety. They tend never to take amphetamine again. Benzos stop this reaction cold. I would think benzos would be a good treatment for this if it continues.
