My father has had schizophrenia for the past twenty years. The only vitamin his doctor has prescribed is vit E to treat the TD caused from years of using the older anti-psychotic medications.
He is now on a low dose of zyprexa and ativan. This has been the best medication so far for him. What medications do you take?
If you wish to share any information or ask him any questions I will be more than happy to share the info with him. (He lives with me and occassionally reads posts over my shoulder. Especially when I've asked questions regarding his meds.)
