to anyone/all Re: Wellbutrin question

Is a standard dose of Remeron (30-45 mgs) combined with a low dose of Wellbutrin (not more than 150 mgs/day) a safe combo? Wellbutrin to offset weight gain and offset daytime grogginess from Remeron. This combo to treat depression with insomnia.

Thoughts? Thanks in advance - especially would like to hear from anyone who's tried this, good or bad.

I want to suggest this to my very cautious pdoc. I can't tolerate any SSRIs, Serzone didn't work, and my pdoc is very hesitant to try "cocktails." Thanks.
