Recovering caffeine addict here. I get addicted again every so often, like recently when on vacation. Quit cold turkey afterward. Have had to quit many times in past 20 years. Love the way it revs me but then I need more and more of it, and it actually agitates me because of how it interacts with my meds. That is the main reason I stay away now. Soda doesn't have that much, but each of us has different sensititivy levels.
