The whole website is really superb and my psychaitrist who specialises in the treatment of social phobia or anxiety (SAD) thinks highly of the medical recommendations.
I use a benzo. It recommends Klonopin. If that doesn't work, xanax PRN for situational anxiety is good but ativan or xanax is used on a steady long term basis if klonopin is not as successful (experiment alot with the different ones, you'll find one that works best for you with the least amount of side effects).
