Hi - I did not get good results with Celexa at 40 mg/day for 4 weeks, just unpleasant side effects that did not dissipate (headaches, feeing foggy headed, heavy headed, spacey and detached).

I tapered off it and went on to EffexorXR, but that is proving too activating for me.

I also have insomnia. It takes me a long time to fall asleep, but I'm on Zyprexa/Klonopin for that and it works - however, with me (and I've heard this is true for others also), I need to take the Zyprexa like 3-4 HOURS before bedtime for it to kick in. It does not zonk me immediately like it does for most.

I don't clench my jaw (that I know of) but I also feel like my core temperature is too low and I have low blood pressure, which I've heard can cause the feeling of low body temp.
-Janelle
