Give it a couple of weeks. If you still have trouble sleeping and other bad effects, manbe you should consider going back up to 40 mg.

My doctor suggested that I reduce the Celexa because I am taking Ritalin more regularly now, and I am feeling somewhat agitated. He said Celexa can have that effect, so if the Ritalin was helping, I could decrease the Celexa. I don't think my insomnia is due to the Ritalin because when I started taking it regularly and had not reduced the Celexa yet, I did not have insomnia or the other symptoms.
