For the first 10 days, I had little to no side effects to talk about. I did notice that when the time to take my dose for the day was coming up, I started feeling really tired, this feeling passed. My depression is 80% better now than when I first started on effexor. My doctor plans to keep me on just the 75 mgs along with 40mg of Prozac.
