Hi,
If you take the wellbutrin too late in the evening it can keep you up. Often a bedtime dose actually puts me to sleep. But I also have had days when I knew it was clearly past my bedtime and I wasn't remotely tired. Ambien to the rescue. Just make sure you have at least 7 hours of sleep time when you take the ambien or you'll get up pretty groggy. But Ambien works great for me and it's only every once in a while that I'm met with bedtime and still complete alertness. I take 10mg. -Terra P.S. I am on wellbutrin only; no effexor.
