My M.D. has warned me several times not to miss a dose ("it's not a good feeling" he said). After about 6 months on it I accidentally skipped my dose yesterday (I take 112.5mgs a day). "Not a good feeling" is the biggest understatement ever. It was the worst day of my life. I had a lightheaded feeling and was nauseous. I had muscle pain, diarrhea, and felt all day like I might throw up or pass out. I also could not control my crying, and spent the day at work locked in my office sobbing. I had worse depression than I ever had before I began treatment. I am horrified that my doctor didn't tell me how bad it would be. I'm going back to Prozac ASAP (don't worry-I'll wean slowly.)
